1. Make Vegetables the best of Your Meals
You should get more vegetables, fruits and other things you like (vegan) to prepare your meal. Vegetables-packed meals are a winning choice all-around: vegetables are full of vitamins (like A and K) and minerals (like potassium), they keep your calories in check and, they are high in fiber, so I think they can help you feel more satisfied.
2. Eat a Variety of vegan Food
You should eat more kind of vegan food to make sure you’re getting all the nutrients you need when you are on a vegan diet, it’s important to eat balanced meals that include a variety of healthy dishes. For example, you’ll get leafy greens are great sources of vitamins A, C and K, or you get protein and fiber from beans. Choose products from all colors of the rainbow to get all the benefits for your health. Red tomatoes have heart-healthy lycopene, and blue blueberries have brain-boosting anthocyanins, or orange sweet potatoes have lots of vitamin A to help keep eyes healthy.
3. Choosing Whole Grains
You should eat whole grains instead of white pasta and white bread. Eating more whole grains such as brown rice and quinoa, it can add iron and B vitamins to your vegan diet (nutrients that are stripped out when the grains are refined). And, the extra fiber from whole grains will help keep you well, and i think it even helps you lose weight.
4. Eatuing more new plant-based Proteins
With a vegan diet, the best way to have a healthy body is eat more plant-based proteins. Animal sources of protein, like cheese and meat, tend to be high in unhealthy saturated fat. There are many vegan sources of protein really are plentiful proteins such as: tofu, edamame (soybeans), tempeh, chickpeas and beans, lentils. Nuts, like almonds and walnuts, or seeds, like sunflower and pumpkin seeds, also deliver protein. People thinks that a vegan couldn’t get enough protein, but in fact, isn’t an issue for someone consciously and eating a varied diet including sources of plant-based protein.
5. You can’t forget About Vitamin D
Most people get Vitamin D from animal products such as salmon and sardines, milk and yogurt, but Vitamin D is also in some fortified nondairy milks such as soy or almond milk and orange juice. And you should know some mushrooms that exposed to UV light are also good sources provide vitamin D. In addition, in few summer months, when the sun is stronger our skin can synthesize D.
